Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for managing projects related to Mobile Banking, e-Banking and Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. You will provide business analysis and consulting services to users and project teams and deliver quality project documentation, and overseeing project lifecycles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and provide advice in feasibility study / sourcing for digital and AI-based initiatives
• Manage projects and the user requirement acquisition process
• Develop the requirement specifications, UAT plan, procedures and forms and assist users in UAT and project implementation
• Drive and support AI-related initiatives, such as intelligent automation, AI chatbots, and AI-enhanced customer experiences
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for optimizing AI model responses and behaviors
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business units to deliver effective AI solutions
• Support production migration/verification, post implementation review and production problem solving

Incumbent Requirements:

• Degree holder in Industrial / System Engineering / Management / IT or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry or consulting firms, relevant practical experience in eBanking / Mobile Banking projects is preferable
• Experience in managing AI projects, including familiarity with AI workflows, model integration, or intelligent automation tools
• Basic knowledge or practical experience in prompt engineering, natural language models, or AI automation frameworks is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge in banking products and services
• Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
