Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Steward to ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Supervise cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas
  
  • Take periodic inventory and par stock maintenance for all operating equipment
  • Ensure utility associates are properly trained regarding sanitation, equipment handling and chemical usage.
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by Department Heads.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisor or above experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel in Hong Kong
• Knowledge of Basic sanitation controls and purpose and use of cleaning supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
