Assistant Clubhouse Manager

Established in 1989 and having been serving millions of local citizens over thirty years, Spotlight Enterprises Ltd (SEL) has grown into one of the most reputable local facility management operators. It prides itself for having been serving various HKSAR departments, including the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Development Bureau and Architectural Services Department and working on over 20 government projects. SEL provides all-rounded services: clubhouse management, recreation management, facility management, security, cleansing services, maintenance, swimming pool management and more; while its sister companies provide food and beverage and spa services.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for facility management and maintenance work
• Planning recreational activities and programmes
• Monitor the performance of all front-line staff
• Set up SOP and clubhouse Rules & Regulation
• Handle enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Have a Diploma in Hotel / Sports & Recreation Management / Facility Management or equivalent
• Have at least 5-year managerial working experience in Clubhouse / Hotel Management
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 
• Shift duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays is required
