Job Description - Assistant Custody Manager / Business Officer, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the change delivery and operational risks of custody platform for system administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with client services, product, operation project managers in office automation work & system administrative tasks and provide viable solutions for delivery with quality
  • Support project managers and ops risk officers for the execution work in the office automation in end-user computing and system administrative activities
  • Work closely with business analyst to implement end-user computing and Excel Macro tools, ensure high quality deliverables, prepare documentation for compliance and audit checks
  • Anticipate and address the market's needs on an ongoing basis, and to solution the market demands
  • Ensure that all services delivered consider current legislative and regulatory requirements and must comply with the Bank's operational risk guidelines
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years or above working experience with banking or finance industry. Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially in Excel-Marco is essential
  • Understanding of banking/custody business or securities services is a plus. Solid experience in business/system analysis, co-ordination, and reporting on projects status would be an ideal
  • Effect process management, solutions-driven and client focused with sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and independent with creativity and lateral thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to face off with internal client services, product, operation teams to understand project needs, resolve and follow through on problems
  • Meticulous with details; responsible with the confidence to assume ownership of tasks
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive & can-do attitude; able to work effectively under pressure on a tight schedule
