Job Description - Assistant /Deputy / Credit Risk Manager (Analytic & Modelling)

Responsibility

Provide comprehensive oversight of internal AI and IT-related projects, including but not limited to project initiation, planning, progress tracking, and post-project evaluation.
Write project reports and progress updates to ensure accurate and timely communication of information.
Create credit reports and handle data analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate actively with IT, risk, business departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project advancement.
Explore and drive the application of new technologies in business operations to promote innovative practices in AI technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
1+ years of experience in data analysis or report preparation, preferably in retail banking. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also be considered for junior roles.
Proficiency in Python and SAS programming
Knowledge of Machine Learning, large language models (LLMs), or generative AI applications is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
