Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out range of Engineering, management and maintenance. Assist the Director of Engineering to ensure efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Plan and implement duty roster, carry out maintenance repair operation, and ensure smooth transition of duty.
• Provide back-up management for the Director of Engineering in his/her absence.

Requirements

• Diploma Holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in hotel facilities and project management
• Knowledge in energy conservation, HVAC system and building services
• Knowledge in handling licensing and certificate matters with government departments
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
