Assistant Facilities Manager

Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.

Our client is a leading luxury group and they are looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to manage their warehouses and head office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and monitor daily facilities management-related operations
• Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
• Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol
• Communicate with Building Management Office to convey information accurately to Company
• Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
• Responsible for contract and budget management, as well as proposal preparation for maintenance or renovation projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related disciplines
• 4-6 years of facilities management & maintenance experience, preferably for retail back office & warehouse facilities
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
