Job Description - Assistant Finance Manager - FICC & EQD, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Responsible for daily financial accounting & bookkeeping of related legal entities.
Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licensed corporations
Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties
Prepare client money segregation & desegregation
Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing
Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignment
Key contact point for banking transactions
Provide assistance in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary client service activities.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong sense of ownership
Team player, good personality and motivation.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficiency in use of computer. Especially excellent MS-Excel skills is a must, experience in MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, SAP and Essbase is an advantage
Proficiency in English
