The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Support General Manager/Strategy Account Manager to deliver overall volume, rate and revenue targets for new business across all business units
• Deliver throughput and revenue growth targets which build and secure the viability of our ports
• Assist the development and execution of strategic and tactical account plans
• Provide global support for sales and marketing activities for all accounts, end users and alliances
• Assist in securing new business contracts and contracts renewal for customers
• Build relationship with customers and support customer events 
• Promote the Company’s brands through different marketing and promotional activities 
• Liaise with Business Units to provide customers with unique and differentiated experience 

The Person

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines 
• Experience in transport and logistics value chain will be an advantage 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales support tools, e.g. CRM
• Good strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
