Assistant HR Manager

The Company

Our client is a global manufacturing group. They are now looking for a high-performing HR professional for this vacancy. This individual will handle daily operation in HQ and support global C&B projects.

The Role

• Responsible for end to end employee lifecycle and oversee HR daily operation for HK office
• Participate global C&B projects include salary benchmarking, bonus allocation, headcounts reporting
• Communicate with local HR team to monitor global and regional HR initiatives
• Support HRIS data migration

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available or short notice is a plus
