HK$34,705 to HK$67,526 (HGPS point 13 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance | |||
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. | |||

Key Responsibilities: | |||
1. | Assist in developing, executing, and managing the hospital’s daily social media and digital communication strategies. | ||
2. | Create engaging, creative digital content to promote hospital and cluster identity, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and end-to-end video production. | ||
3. | Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, implementing data-driven tactics to continuously optimise audience reach and engagement. | ||
4. | Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including ceremonies, hospital visits, exhibitions, webinars, and community outreach activities. | ||
5. | Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive participation and enhance engagement in various hospital programs and initiatives. | ||
6. | Provide administrative, logistical, and ad-hoc operational support as assigned by supervisors. | ||

Entry Requirements: | |||
1. | University degree or equivalent preferably with major in communications, public relations, journalism, mass media or marketing. | ||
2. | At least 2 years of experience in mass media, corporate communication, public relations or related fields. | ||
3. | Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua. | ||
4. | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. | ||
5. | Proficiency in common computer applications e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canvas, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. | ||

Preferred Attributes: | |||
1. | Proven working experiences of at least 2 years in multimedia broadcasting, social media strategies and video production. | ||
2. | Experience in mass media is highly preferred. | ||
3. | Experience in liaising with national and international guests. | ||
4. | Creative, motivated and a good team player with tactful interpersonal communication skills and strong organisational abilities. | ||
5. | Proactive, detail-oriented and be able to work independently under tight deadline and multi-tasking. | ||
6. | Willing to perform on-call duties and work outside normal office hours. | ||
