We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Operations Manager (Client Reporting).

Principal Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc client reports (including portfolio valuation and holding reports, performance and benchmark reports) and fund factsheets, ensuring high accuracy and delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Provide reporting support to client accounts
• Participate in client reporting projects and change initiatives, including report enhancements, onboarding of new mandates/funds, process standardisation and automation.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and queries from stakeholders, including Client Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within asset management or a financial services provider supporting investment operations and/or client reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and manage multiple deliverables in parallel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Prior experience in client and/or fund reporting processes is an advantage.
• Experience managing and analysing large datasets is an advantage.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes.
