Role summary
This role supports the manufacturing team by leading IT projects and improving processes with digital systems and automation. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Microsoft Power Apps, and other tools to gather requirements, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and deliver solutions on time. You will also support testing, go-live, and post go-live improvements, while keeping stakeholders informed throughout each project.
What you'll do:
Project delivery & governance
Lead manufacturing system and process improvement projects from planning to rollout.
Manage stakeholders, scope, dependencies, timelines, and project communications.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and next steps to management.
Prepare project documents and presentations for reviews and decision making.
Business analysis & solution design
Work with production and operations teams to understand current processes and improvement needs.
Document requirements clearly (process flows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
Translate business needs into workable solutions with internal IT and vendors (D365 F&O, Power Apps, and related platforms).
Build/support, testing & release
Support system changes, basic configuration updates, and data maintenance when needed.
Plan and run UAT: prepare test cases, manage execution, track defects, and confirm fixes.
Coordinate go-live activities, user communications, training readiness, and hypercare support.
Monitor applications after go-live and drive continuous improvements with users and vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project coordination.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O and Power Apps (or similar platforms).
Good understanding of manufacturing and/or supply chain processes.
Basic knowledge of system integration (APIs, interfaces, and data flows).
Experience managing timelines and milestones (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and able to drive tasks to completion.
PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
