Job Description

As an (Assistant) IT Support Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Provide IT technical support to end-user.
Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (Azure and On-premises).
Maintain server room.
Monitor and ensure the reliability, performance and stability of business systems.
Manage user management, configuration, office and network infrastructure to maintain operational efficiency.
Managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
Ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place to protect organisational data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Assistant) IT Support Manager should have:

University Degree in Information Technology, Business, Statistics, Mathematics.
3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operation, IT infrastructure and IT management.
Financial services industry experience is a must.
Azure Cloud certificate is a must.
Certificates such as CISSP, PMP, AWS, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, CCNP, and MCSE is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
