About Our Client Our client is one of the leading FMCG group in the world. The brands have successfully marketed and distributed their products throughout APAC including Hong Kong. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibility
- Manage and formulate strategic plans to strengthen the category presence and position in assigned channels
- Achieve sales and profit targets aligned with corporate strategic objectives of assigned key accounts
- Maintain a good relationship with the assigned key accounts
- Monitor competitor activities and perform regular analysis to implement appropriate sales strategies and reinforce company competency
- Coordinate with the internal trade marketing team and plan, manage and control trade spending and promotion on ATL and BTL strategies
- Manage customer negotiations in relation to the company's commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years' working experience in FMCG industries, familiar with Modern Trade/Key Accounts Management
- Energetic, well-organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
