Role Purpose:
As a Assistant Key Account Manager, you will responsible for develop & execute the sales strategy, budgeting and forecasting for key account

A typical day in the Role:

  • Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating, and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Involve in annual trading terms negotiations
  • Work closely with trade marketing team on program planning and execution
  • Work closely with supply chain team to ensure availability of stocks according to promotion plan
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and to collect intelligence of consumer trend and behavior

Success will depend on:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in sales in FMCG industry, solid experience in managing key accounts and minor key accounts are preferred
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
