Assistant Manager, 3rd Party Marketplace
To develop, grow and manage the Online 3rd party marketplaces & wholesale businesses in the Asia region, focusing on Hong Kong+ markets (HK, SG, MY, TW)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Own & drive the sales for 3rd party marketplaces & online wholesale business
- Facilitate in executing marketplace strategies to increase brand visibility and sales on the individual platforms
- Review the performance of marketplace channels (daily, weekly, monthly) to optimize category performance
- Facilitate and drive E-commerce system integration between internal and marketplace platforms.
- Manage Marketing daily operation of marketplace stores, including but not limit to product listing, product pricing, promotions, advertising follow-up, site banners upload and handle order processing cycle – and working with the platform vendor to support this
Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure ample inventory in warehouse and well allocated between platforms as well as ensuring inventory is replenished well from the main warehouse
- Assist in handling Online Wholesale operation flows from Order processing, shipment follow up, payment to replenishment arrangement
- Assist in handling accounting matters including costings, account reconciliation, profit and loss margin and follow accounting procedures for business
- Execute wholesale orders in internal systems
Business analysis
- Monitor and report on the performance of all the Online 3rd party and marketplaces channels. Assist in business reviews and analysis, performance measurement (sell-in / sell-through / inventory management and pricing follow-up)

COMMERCIAL AND HIGH SENSE OF BUSINESS: Must have a sharp sense of business development and a high appetite for Sales. Risk taker with a high level of control.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- Online Sales business development
- Inventory Management / Planning & Allocation Experience
- 3-5 years assisting in 3rd Party Marketplaces business
Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in E-Business operation, digital merchandising, website project management experience in retail/FMCG industry
- Proficient MS Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Table), Word and PowerPoint, and other business analytical tools
- Solid experience of overseas marketplace platforms, such as HKTV Mall, Lazada, Zalora, Momo, Shoppe
- Excellent in vendor management and project management skills
- Strong analytical, planning and time management skills

Education:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Ecommerce, Marketing or Business relevant disciplines.
Languages
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
