Your new role

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Life, Health, and Employee Benefits market, aligning product offerings with client needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and key insurance brokers, supporting them with product knowledge, underwriting guidance, and sales enablement.
• Identify new business opportunities within the channel to expand distribution reach and increase sales portfolio profitability.
• Coordinate closely with underwriting, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and ensure a seamless placement process.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with broker partners, analyzing production data and implementing action plans to improve sales results.
• Lead training, workshops, and marketing initiatives to enhance broker engagement and promote product understanding.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 Years of relevant Business Development, Agency Management or Sales experience within the Insurance industry
• Knowledge of operations within Employee Benefits
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
