Your new role

• Lead the training of new insurance agents by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
• Develop and implement agency growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Design and deliver training programs on agency systems, tools, and digital platforms to ensure agents can operate efficiently.
• Provide ongoing support and refresher sessions on core systems such as CRM, policy administration, and compliance tracking.
• Monitor agency performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to foster collaboration and long-term retention.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust agency strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to equip agents with tools and campaigns that drive sales growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 Years of relevant Agency Training, Recruitment or Strategy experience within the Insurance industry
• Knowledge of operations within Agency Department
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
