The Job
Manage new business and premium financing case processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Act as a key liaison with bank partners and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and issues
Work independently to manage daily operations, case escalations, and ad-hoc requests
Prepare operational and management reports for performance monitoring
Support bancassurance projects, system enhancements, and UAT activities
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process improvement and use of technology
The Person
Tertiary education or above
Minimum 5 years' experience in life insurance operations or bancassurance support
Possession of IIQE qualifications is an advantage
Experience in handling complex cases or premium financing is an advantage
Flexible to work overtime to meet business needs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; exposure to data analytics or AI tools is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
