Job Purpose:

To support on growing the portfolio of Dah Sing Bank credit cards and achieving business KPIs through effective marketing campaigns, product & channel management, and delivery of new product(s).

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, new product development and card acquisition campaigns to deliver business acquisition targets
• Work closely with partners on program implementation and day-to-day collaboration
• Coordinate with internal parties, partners, or vendors to deliver marketing campaigns in a quality and timely manner
• Liaise with advertising agency and produce quality marketing collateral (including webpage maintenance)
• Support on product enhancement / new product development to cope with market changes, regulatory requirements and to improve on customer experience
• Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
• Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• With at least 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing in retail banking business
• Experience in product management of credit card products, project management and collaboration with Card Associations will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills and keen attention to numerical details
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and detail oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
