Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Assistant Manager, Customer Service to join their winning team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to handle complaints regarding Life/GI products in timely manner
  • Acknowledge, investigate, resolve and respond to complaints case
  • Maintain good relationship with regulatory bodies and business partners from complaint perspective

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years of above customer servicing experience
  • Excellent written English and Chinese correspondence skill
