Emerge360 is looking for a quality candidate to join our dynamic team of IT professionals in a leading financial institution with an international network of offices in all major financial centres of the world. The preferred candidate should have worked in a large enterprise managed services environment preferably in the financial industry or have similar experience with the banking sector. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee operations in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for client service management via process improvements, innovation projects and trainings
o Support and assist in implementation of new projects/upgrades to client systems to comply with client procedures, standards and guidelines
o
Provide
hands-on technical support lead that can mentor, guide and assist a team
of Desktop Engineers in End-User computing support and operation
o
Provide remote / on-site desktop support / call logging and reporting including high severity issues to traders and back office users
o
Pre setup / testing of Video Conferencing rooms
o Manage tickets SLAs / IMAC requests tickets with ServiceNow ticket system
o Manage assets with HPAM system
o
Management of resources to ensure services are delivered up to client standards and satisfaction with a good sense of priority and cognizance
o
Reporting on team performance and KPIs and develop recommendations or projects to improve quality of service
o
Support the Service manager to uphold company’s high standard of delivery to optimize operational procedures, improve efficiency, implement service quality and minimize cost
o
Able to utilize IT and business skills to manage relationships between client and vendor partners
o Manage IT incidents, provide remediation and reporting on timely basis (may be subjected to on-call during nights, holidays, and/or weekends)
Requirements:
o Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology
o 3-5 years in Banks and financial service companies
o Cisco-Telepresence SX, Tandberg, MS Surface Hub
o Trade floor / VIP support experience
o Good project management, analytical and report writing skills
o Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible team player with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities
