Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, Clé de Peau Beauté

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage brand site business, including website development and e-commerce plans.
• Manage brand website efficiency, content development, UX/UI and SEO related development projects.
• Drive Omni-channel development, including but not limited to conversational marketing to provide immersive experiences to connect customers offline and online and elevate total luxury brand experience.
• Formulate digital marketing campaign development to achieve business objectives and goals that drive brand awareness, pushing to consideration funnel and website traffic
• Formulate and implement e-commerce promotion strategies and plans to drive e-commerce traffic and business in Hong Kong.
• Effectively manage key agencies to build strong partnership and ensure service quality and initiatives. 
• Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness; provide insights from data analysis to achieve KPIs and drive brand growth.

Job Requirement:

• University graduate with 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing/ campaign management/ website management experience with proven record, preferably in luxury and prestige or related skincare industry.
• Digital savvy, well understanding on Omni-channel marketing & E-Commerce industry.
• Experienced in brand.com management with basic UX and website technical knowledge is preferred
• Experienced in leading launch 360 degree campaign across digital platform is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of digital analytic tools, good time management, and attention to details.
• Good communication and strong ability in planning and project management skills, as well as a can-do and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
