Job Description:

- Participate throughout the compensation payment process for broker and bancassurance channels.

- Responsible for all aspects contributing to the accuracy of compensation payments within the defined timeframe.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor validation and review regular compensation settlement for broker and bancassurance channels

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compensation payouts across different channels

• Handle commission adjustments, clawbacks, reversals, and exception cases

• Review and maintain compensation manuals, work procedures, and contingency plans.

• Lead the development of risk control measures

• Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships across distribution operations and sales functions.

• Participate in system enhancements, automation initiatives, and UAT relating to commission and incentive platforms.

• Participate in ad hoc compensation projects

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in insurance finance operations or distribution compensation management

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

• Sensitive to numbers and good commend in Excel

• Insurance knowledge with hands-on experience in compensation payment operations for multi-distribution channels is a plus

• Good command in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
