Reporting to the Manager, Facility and Project, Corporate Real Estate Department. The job will be responsible for assisting your manager in handling renovations, improvement works and repair and maintenance work including coordination of different parties on site in different kinds of project. To perform facility and project management functions for the mixed property portfolio of the bank.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of repair & maintenance in branches or office. Detail duties include preparation of space plan, design/ tender drawing and relevant documents
Represent the department to liaise with different parties, particularly in-house departments & users
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, property management companies and Government departments, etc. to meet the users' / clients' requirement
Supervise maintenance and alteration of office / branch areas and equipment, as well as layout and designs
Handle statutory orders / directions of the premises as well as A&A works
Liaise with the landlord and government authorities for all technical issues on premises and manage all contractual issues with the contractors and suppliers
Attending the emergency breakdown of services
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering / Facility Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years' experience in repair and maintenance of retail shops and large-scale office
Experience in banking industry is an advantage
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Holder of Certificate of Electrical Worker (A0) is preferred
Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Facility and Project.)
