Your new role

• Prepare, review and present management reports including financial analysis to support Management decision-making
• Handle annual budgeting, forecasting and KPI target-setting
• Be responsible for expense and cost control procedures
• Assist in finance transformation projects including UAT, project implementation and working closely with stakeholders on the rollout
• Oversee KPI and relevant metrics tracking
• Automate and enhance workflow process of the management reporting and financial analysis team

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree
• CPA qualification is a plus
• 4 Years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Reporting or Expense Management
• Experience in Insurance or Banking is a plus
• Strong communication skills
