Location: Hong Kong

A prestigious international pure private bank is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR to join its dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and t ech-savvy individual to build expertise in Compensation & Benefits and payroll operations within a highly reputable financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end payroll administration ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and Hong Kong regulations
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including bonus cycles, insurance, and employee benefits schemes
Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems (e.g. Workday)
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to support HR decision-making
Partner with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related matters
Support HR projects, including system enhancements, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives
Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to C&B, payroll, or HR operations
Strong interest in data analytics and HR systems
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas) or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms is highly advantageous
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical sense
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
