Your new role

Lead vendor performance reviews and support supplier governance activities
Manage IT contract renewals, service evaluations, and commercial assessments
Monitor budgets, spending trends, forecasts, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Partner with business and technology teams to improve IT operational efficiency and drive data-backed decision making
Develop reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen governance
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, commercial models, and supplier capabilities
Prepare business cases, management reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, reporting standards, and IT operational controls

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of experience in vendor management, commercial operations, IT procurement, contract management, finance, consulting, or technology operations
Strong experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
Comfortable working with budgets, forecasting, business analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
Experience with process improvement, automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled productivity tools would be advantageous
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently while influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
