Job Description - Assistant Manager / Manager, Intermediaries Business (GI - Engineering focus)

Responsibilities:

Build and enhance business relationship with local intermediaries and international brokers to develop construction and engineering business
Underwriting submission review, price analysis and decide reasonable and appropriate underwriting terms & conditions
Manage day-to-day operation of the construction portfolio
Provide technical support on construction and engineering issue to other team members, when needed
Provide guidance to administration team on policy issuance
Communicate with underwriting head and treaty leader on special cases

Job Requirements:

University degree in engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work independently
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good team spirit and collaboration with other teammates
Good connection with local intermediaries and international brokers
