Assistant Manager/ Manager (TS) - Centralised Transaction Services Department

Responsibilities:

In our Transaction Services Team:

• Processing as checker and processor in general banking transactions, including time deposit, account transfer, FX, ledger accounting entries and remittance, according to requirements;
• Contacting customers for transaction verification;
• Providing operation supports to internal departments;
• Performing AML checking and follow up;
• Drafting and maintaining procedure manuals/guidelines;
• Maintaining MIS and compilation of various reports;
• Handling office administrative works and supporting remittance transactions when necessary;
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in retail banking or related banking operation;
• Familiar with all the internal and external regulatory guideline;
• Exposure in project management would be an advantage;
• Good communication and team player;
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS office applications and Chinese word processing; and
• Position offered will be subject to experience
