Job Description - Assistant Manager, Medical Services
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Medical Services.
In this role you will:
Strategic Leadership: Develop healthcare resources and implement strategic experiences that align with business goals and meet customer needs.
Market Intelligence and Health Value-Adding Services Strategy: Utilize existing marketing intelligence and innovative healthcare solutions to enhance overall value-added services. Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic plans for the Health Business, focusing on market entry, product innovation, digital transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
Health and Wellness Centre: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of medical professionals and operators, cultivating a collaborative and customer-centric environment that drives excellence in patient care and business operational success.
Healthcare Partnership: Establishing healthcare partnerships that involves identifying and collaborating with various partners for market-leading offerings to align with strategic goal and enhance overall customer experience. Also to evaluate and monitor potential third party and/or corporate governance risks by analyzing internal and external factors that impact legal and regulatory compliance, business operation, decision-making processes, and organizational reputation, while also formulating effective mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product development, distribution, customer development, marketing, corporate communication, risk stewards, and other stakeholders to integrate and deliver solutions.
Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of medical professionals and operators, cultivating a collaborative and customer-centric environment that drives excellence in patient care and business operational success.
To be successful you will:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or other related field
Prior years of experience in healthcare strategy, partnership and project management
Experience in health insurance and regulatory landscape
Strong knowledge with the insurance industry and healthcare market trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data, identify trends and develop strategic recommendation
Experience in projects management, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Responsible for overseeing partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring they align with established objectives and guidelines.
Develop value-added services to enhance a business's competitive edge and improve the customer journey experience
Incorporating innovative technologies, such as wearables or AI, to enhance patient monitoring and engagement.
