Communications and Public Relations Office 參考編號 : C/CPRO/OFF_Mkt/06/24-AP2 Major Duties:
(a) To assist in developing integrated marketing plans for VTC’s programmes and services;
(b) To implement student recruitment campaigns, advertising plans and digital marketing programmes across different media;
(c) To organise marketing and community outreach programmes / major corporate events and activities;
(d) To develop promotional / corporate communications materials and publications; and
(e) To build strong networks with key stakeholders, including the school sector, parent groups and NGOs. Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the fields of marketing / marketing communications / corporate communications / public relations / digital marketing and database management;
(c) Experience in developing multimedia and digital content; good understanding of digital analytics; experience working with CRM systems is preferred;
(d) Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua;
(e) Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
(f) Good planning and project management skills; and
(g) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Notes:
(1) The post is at the rank of “Officer”. Suitable candidate(s) with more experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager.
(2) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(3) Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written assessment.
(4) The appointees may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
(5) Applicants are required to highlight their language proficiency (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) in their curriculum vitae.
