Job Description - Assistant Manager, Operational Risk Management (Banking)

Our client is a well-established bank incorporated in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of retail, commercial, and corporate banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain operational risk policies for the bank.
Advise and support the Business Unit on operational risk matters.
Review and analyse operational incidents, assess the associated operational risk level across banking products, services, and workflows, and propose solutions to reduce risk.
Execute required risk and control measures in line with Basel requirements to ensure the bank meets internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in operational risk or internal audit within the banking industry.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for the banking industry.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
