Assistant Manager (Operations)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Operations Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform the loan origination, administration and enforcement duties;
2. Monitor the performance of appointed servicers and agents;
3. Prepare management statistics and reports;
4. Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects; and
5. The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage loan operations;
3. Experience in loan recovery and reverse mortgage operations would be an advantage;
4. Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset;
5. Strong PC skills in MS Excel and MS Access; and
6. A team player with positive thinking.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Associate.
