Assistant Manager, Partnership Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Develop and executeprehensive marketing strategies on MCI VAS to brokers
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with BDM team and Brokers
3. Analyze market trends,petitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine the marketing approach.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts targeting the brokermunity.
5. Manage the MCI broker marketing budget and optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment.
6. Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including presentations and event materials.
7. Measure and report on the effectiveness of VAS events, using insights or feedback to continuously improve performance.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations,pliance requirements, and best practices related to broker-focused marketing activities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 7 + years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the insurance or financial services industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing event marketing strategies, with a focus on broker-targeted campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including the roles and dynamics of brokers, agents, and intermediaries.
5. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence various stakeholders.
6. Proficient in performance reporting.
7. Creativity and innovation in developing engaging and impactful marketing content and campaigns.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
9. Adaptability to changing market conditions and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
