Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

FortisHill Consulting is currently partnering with a leading IT solutions and services provider to find a dedicated Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance.

Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to take ownership of ISO audit operations and drive quality excellence within a top-tier tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
2. Oversee the operational aspects of both internal and external ISO audits.
3. Drive corporate process standardization projects, including KPI and risk reporting, and business solutions compliance.
4. Provide training to team members on quality practices, ISO standards, and audit readiness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Quality Management, Operations Management, or an IT-related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO quality management; direct experience within the IT industry is highly desired.
3. Hands-on knowledge of QMS, alongside ISO system development and maintenance.
4. ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training (ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001) is considered a strong plus.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
