Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and onboarding of core financial products onto digital e-commerce and business application platforms.
• Perform complex systems analysis, data modeling, and mapping of cross-system API sequences and data flows across a distributed architecture.
• Partner with cross-functional product and pricing teams to translate intricate calculation rules and data tables into functional system designs.
• Prioritize application requirements to build conceptual prototypes, mock-ups, and business process models.
• Collaborate closely with internal infrastructure, security, and solution delivery teams to ensure technical project milestones are met within budget.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to optimize software workflows, streamline data processing, and reduce manual development timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in full systems development lifecycle (SDLC), preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Solid experience in insurance product configuration and rolling out products across agency, broker, and bancassurance channels.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB query writing, alongside a strong understanding of web/app architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, Cloud ecosystems, and microservices patterns.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across functional boundaries.
