Assistant Marketing Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of marketing activities to support business needs
• Create and proofread of high-quality F&B promotional materials, e.g. press releases, brochures and collateral in English and Chinese.
• Manage social media content, content creation and execution of campaigns.
• Keep abreast of industry and local market trends, generate ideas for marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain a good relationship with media, influencers, business partners and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
• Analyze and evaluate results of all marketing activities to ensure effectiveness
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the management
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, with solid experience in F&B industry
• A change agent, attentive to the market trend
• Creative, a good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Good commend of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
