Assistant Marketing Manager (Retail)

Scope and Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, promotional activities and loyalty programmers for Anima Tokyo Retail and event sections.
• Manage marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing plans.
• Work closely with Licensors & and Licensees on cross-branding marketing activations and events.
• Build brand awareness and customers’ engagement and royalties.
• Keep abreast of industry and local market trends, generate ideas for marketing campaigns
• Analyze and evaluate results of all marketing activities to ensure effectiveness
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the management 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Japanese IP related industry 
• Excellent brand management and marketing skills, able to develop and execute successful brand and marketing strategies.
• Creative, a good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Good commend of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
