Job Description - Assistant Marketing Manager/Marketing Manager - APAC

Our client is a global luxury brand and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s luxury products and services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential components. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and effectively measure and optimize performance.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Lead the development of high-quality, visually-appealing content (e.g., social media posts, email newsletters, product collateral) that resonates with the target luxury audience. Curate and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's luxury brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the overall brand positioning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align on marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and tracking ROI to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the luxury or premium goods industry
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email, and web analytics
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for the luxury brand experience
  • Familiarity with luxury consumer behavior and industry trends
