YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the hotel’s marketing communications promotional efforts for Food and Beverage, Catering, Rooms, Sales etc;
  • Prepare, research, write and produce all collaterals in English and Chinese;
  • Keep up-to-date with all F&B events and ensure relevant PR and MARCOMM in place to support it;
  • Work closely with E-commerce team to ensure all hotel information is up-to-date on the website;
  • Maintain, update and respond all social media channels and review sites accordingly
  • Prepare and arrange hotel photo/video shoots for both in house and publicity purposes – involves liaison with departments and the photographer/videographer, providing a shoot schedule, general communication to all staff and on site supervision and direction of the photography shoot;
  • Develop thorough understanding of general administration tasks;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Translation or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of Marketing, PR and corporate communications experience;
  • Aggressive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good art sense, creative, detail-minded and well-organized;
  • Independent and confident; &
  • Strong proof-reading and writing skills with good understanding of written and verbal Chinese and English.

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Services Executive
