Assistant OE Engineer (Assistant Operations Excellence Engineer)

Job Description

• Identify improvement opportunities within site or across business unit

• Identify and remove organizational barriers for continuous improvement process

• Drive site's lay out improvement Drive site's flow process improvement Drive sharing of best practices Use the Value Stream Map to measure progress Accountable for sustainable results Track project metrics

• Analyze and identify projects that can eliminate non-value added activities and can create value to our customers

• Drive to change the old business ways and to bring breakthrough improvements

• Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership

• Train, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean/Sigma principles.

• Other works arranged by manager.

Job Requirements

• Proven communication and coordination skills -

  Strong analytical capability and strong statistical background

• Strict thinking

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail

• Ability to effectively communicate, communicate and collaborate effectively

• High passion for excellence, and strong execution for action

• Experience in project management

• Effective oral and written communication skills ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner

• Effective interpersonal skills of dealing with people at various levels and at various functions

• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change

• Strong analytical capability and strong statistical background Solid understanding of business issues, metrics, and customer value Effective English written skills and fundermantal oral English Having the manufacturing experience (technical and/or manufacturing) is preferred.
