The appointee will be a member of the Administration and Accounting Section of the Estates Office and be responsible for providing various administrative support to the Office.

Shortlisted candidates are required to sit a written test. Applicants with less relevant work experience may be considered for the post of Administrative Assistant.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of 2 years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
