The HKUST-NYU Stern MS in Global Finance Program is a master program jointly offered by the HKUST Business School and the Stern Business School of New York University. It is a modular-format program with classes in Hong Kong, New York and Abu Dhabi. Program participants are senior executives in the financial industry worldwide. The program team is looking for an Assistant Officer to support module and daily operations of the program.

The appointee will provide support in module delivery, office administration and other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Working in the evenings, during weekends/public holidays will be occasionally required.

Applicants should either be fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree, or have an Associate Degree/Diploma with 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in the education sector, or in program administration areas. IT proficiency, good communication and people skills, and an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. The ideal candidate should have pleasant personality, strong ability to manage multi-task work and meet deadlines, and problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate should also be a good team player and can work independently and effectively in a multi-cultural setting. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
