Assistant Officer/Senior Clerk-Marketing & Sales

Job Description

• Responsible to prepare and analyze market intellgence data, sales & promotional reports / proposals, profitability of company(P&L statement) and product presentations for internal / external interfaces and analyze reports timely for management review.
• Arrange and prepare in sales/ marketing meetings regularly for marketing / promotional strategies.
• Perform clerical and administrative support to marketing & sales division for collecting, filing and updating the marketing information in systematically .
• Provide assistance in any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Specification

• Tertiary educated or above
• 1-2 years of sales or related experience
• Proficient to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Cantonese, good in English & Mandarin.
• Well organised and detail minded for figures
• Strong analytical skill, project management skill is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Be energetic, proactive, self-motivated and responsible.
• Familiar with sales mechanism in FMCG/food industry would be an advantage
