The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager/ Business Analyst to join us, specializing in developing web applications, mobile apps and website. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to successful completion with excellent time management, resource managment and quality management. 
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to deliver outstanding web and mobile applications
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and address their concerns
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
6. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
7. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and mentoring team members to achieve their best
8. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
9. Provide good customer service in a polite and professional manner, maintaining good relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field; 
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT project management. Candidates with more experiecnes would be considered as Project Manager
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web and mobile application projects
4. Strong understanding of IT concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC) 
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project or other similar tools for task management, resource allocation and progress tracking
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
8. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
9. PMP or Prince2 certification is a significant advantage
