Assistant Property and Maintenance Manager (Contract) (Ref.:SS/64124)
Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 year solid property management and facilities maintenance experience
  • Computer knowledge preferable, e.g. MS Office, AutoCad and Photoshop etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for daily property management of the Settlement headquarters / Kennedy Road building including safety, security, repair & maintenance, cleaning and daily operation matters
  • Supervise the property team and maintenance team on daily operation
  • Prepare an annual expenditure budget and facilities maintenance contract
  • Coordination with different internal services user for special event arrangement
  • Prepare and schedule for the regular building system testing and commissioning matters for the settlement premises and outer centres
  • Monitor the maintenance contractor's performance.
  • Working place: 9/F, 85 Stone Nullah Lane, Wan Chai
