About our role

We are now looking for a talented Assistant Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio, you are responsible for providing clerical and administrative support on leasing and property management activities at PP retail portfolio.

 

Responsibilities will include

  • Assist the team in preparing full spectrum of lease documentation, including tenancy agreements, licence agreements, letters, etc.
  • Execute lease documents by making use of company leasing systems
  • Handle all tenancy matters and related enquiries, e.g. monitoring arrears, managing leasing data system, maintaining proper records and reports
  • Provide administrative support to property management duties

 

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Post-secondary or tertiary education in property management or related disciplines preferred
  • 2 years’ clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing/ property management field
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Office
