Assistant Purchasing Officer - Purchasing Office

The Purchasing Office is seeking a capable and self-motivated individual for the role of Assistant Purchasing Officer.  Responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support, procuring goods and services, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Tasks involve communicating with user departments, preparing tender documents, contracts, and purchase orders, liaising with vendors, analyzing procurement data, managing vendor data, training users on new systems, and any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree.
• Proactive work attitude, multitasking capabilities, strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
